Job summary

LIPTON Teas and Infusions is seeking Territory Managers for Sindh to oversee distributors and trade, ensuring efficient distribution and achievement of sales KPIs. You will drive growth, coordinate with partners, and lead a team across multiple locations in Sindh.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Administration, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, accountability, and at least 2 years sales experience including 1 year in FMCG. IT literacy is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive volume and sales growth for the designated territory.
• Improve in-store visibility and competitive positioning.
• Coordinate distributor/customer plans and executions.

• Lead and develop the extended team and monitor KPIs.
• Analyse post-execution results to redefine processes.
