Job summary

Hoechst Pakistan Limited seeks a Territory Executive for CHC Wellness in Karachi to drive FMCG sales growth through strategic initiatives across General Trade, Modern Trade and top-end retail. You will build key account relationships, negotiate plans, ensure brand visibility, and lead in-store activations within the territory.

The role requires understanding of sales data, market trends and cross-functional collaboration to execute strategies and achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive volume growth through strategic sales initiatives, focusing on all channels, including General Trade, Modern Trade and Top-end Retail expansion.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts, negotiate business plans, and ensure brand visibility and shelf share.
• Lead in-store activations and drive influence with all stakeholders and influencers in the territory.
• Ensure product availability and visibility with distributors, identify new store opportunities, and monitor category trends.
• Develop strong expertise of the assigned territory and provide inputs into the planning process.
• Analyse sales data, provide insights to management, and coordinate cross-functionally for effective sales execution.
