You will gather issue details, reproduce faults, perform root-cause analysis, document service requests, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams to deliver secure, user-focused fintech support.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting across software applications, operating systems, user accounts, and basic network connectivity.
• Knowledge of ticketing or service-desk workflows, including prioritization, escalation, and resolution documentation.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining technical steps to non-technical users.
• Customer-focused service, patience, ownership, and follow-through.
• Careful documentation and secure handling of confidential information.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn fintech products and tools.

Responsibilities
