Job summary

Keenu is building modern financial tools for Pakistan and is seeking a product professional to identify opportunities through market research, user data, and competitive analysis to inform roadmaps and enhance the Keenu Wallet for customers and partners.

The role involves preparing PRDs and user flows, collaborating with Product Managers, Sales, UX/UI, Operations, merchants, vendors, and SBP to prioritize work and ensure timely delivery of features with thorough testing and changelogs.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities through market research, user data, customer insights, and competitive analysis to identify trends and inform product roadmaps.
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to understand user needs, market trends, and opportunities for product enhancement.
• Prepare detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), feature prototypes, white papers, and feature user flows based on the defined product roadmap.
• Identify optimization opportunities within the existing product line to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall product performance.
• Establish and refine product requirements while working closely with stakeholders to address pain points and specific use cases, ensuring comprehensive user experiences across products.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales, UX/UI Designers, Operations, business stakeholders, merchants, vendors, and SBP to ensure effective communication, feature demonstrations, coordination, and integration of efforts.
• Foster a collaborative and transparent working environment across product and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct impact analysis for new developments and support effective prioritization based on business and customer requirements.
• Work closely with the PMO team to ensure timely delivery of features and products in line with the priorities defined by the Product Manager.
• Ensure thorough feature testing, including coverage of edge cases, to deliver an optimal customer experience.
• Maintain detailed product manuals and ensure that change logs are regularly updated to reflect product enhancements and modifications.
• Enhance the overall platform capabilities of the Keenu Wallet for both customers and partners.
