Job summary

easypaisa is Pakistan's first digital bank seeking a Product Designer to shape user experiences across our fintech products. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product design, a proven fintech track record, and hands-on design system experience.

You will translate complex user and business needs into scalable digital experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders while maintaining high design quality across payments, onboarding, lending and savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product design experience in fintech or digital payments.
• Hands-on with design systems and fintech UX.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product to define problems, metrics and scope.
• Use data and research to inform design decisions.
• Design fintech journeys across payments, onboarding, lending and savings.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Research, Business and Marketing.
• Own design QA for assigned products before go-live.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Maintain clear design specifications for development teams.
• Contribute to and evolve the easypaisa design system.
