Job summary

Famtech is seeking a customer-facing Onboarding Specialist to guide newly signed-up businesses through the onboarding process for a B2B remittance-based payment service. The role focuses on KYB, document collection, account approvals, and guiding clients through their first transaction, working closely with sales, compliance and support teams.

You will ensure a smooth onboarding experience, maintain CRM records, and help meet targets while handing over fully onboarded clients to the support team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2 years of fintech, client onboarding, KYB/KYB, customer success, or similar experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English for international customers.
• Strong organization and time management to handle multiple onboardings.
• Professionalism and discretion with sensitive information.
• Familiar with Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Google Chat.
• Experience with CRM systems and dashboards.
• Understanding KYB/AML processes is a plus.
• Experience in fintech, banking or payments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide new sign-ups through onboarding and KYB process.
• Collect and verify business documents for registration.
• Demo features and updates to clients and coordinate with sales/compliance.
• Hand over onboarded clients to support/account management.
• Maintain CRM records and tracker for onboarding progress.
• Meet onboarding turnaround time and completion targets.
• Provide regular onboarding updates to manager.
• Keep client data confidential.
