Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, CS, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills with good command of presentation, report drafting and policy writing are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing processes, procedures, or methods to improve the efficiency of all business aspects
• Ensuring all regulations are followed and report any violations to the SPD Lead
• Conduct audits of current processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Developing and modifying policies, procedures, and protocols for new or existing programs, processes, and products (as assigned)
• Training stakeholders on the new process to ensure effective implementation
• Analyze current processes and coordinate stakeholders and optimization/re-engineer or modify as per best practices for their signoffs (as assigned)
• Communicate the process change to all affected parties
• Automate the processes through developing and implementing systems
