Job summary

Radisson BLU Islamabad seeks a detail-oriented Finishing Supervisor to oversee high-spec interior and architectural finishes for a landmark 5-star hotel project. You will manage finishing activities across rooms, corridors, public spaces and amenities, ensuring strict adherence to drawings and specifications.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Building Finishing trades with 5–7 years’ experience in hospitality or high-rise projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Building Finishing Trades.
• 5-7 years experience in finishing works, preferably in hospitality projects.
• Strong eye for detail and knowledge of interior materials and finishes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily high-spec finishing across rooms, corridors, public areas and amenities.
• Ensure works comply with shop drawings, mock-ups, submittals and specifications.
• Coordinate with main contractors, fit-out subs, interior designers, suppliers and MEP teams.
• Plan and monitor daily/weekly finishing schedules to hit milestones.
• Inspect room mock-ups and protect luxury finishes during site activities.
• Enforce 5-star luxury quality, surface precision, alignment and zero defects.
• Lead pre-snagging, coordinate inspections, clear punch lists and ensure timely handover.

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finishing Supervisor with a proven track record in luxury execution to oversee the high-spec interior and architectural finishes for a landmark 5-star hotel project.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily high-spec finishing activities across rooms, corridors, public areas, BOH, and amenities (including plastering, marble/stone alignment, flooring, joinery, specialized ceilings, painting, cladding, glass, and luxury sanitaryware).
• Ensure all works strictly comply with approved shop drawings, mock-ups, material submittals, and project specifications.
• Coordinate directly with main contractors, fit-out subcontractors, interior designers, suppliers, and MEP teams to maintain proper sequencing and clash-free installation.
• Plan and monitor daily and weekly finishing schedules to meet project milestones.
• Inspect room mock-ups for approval and ensure proper protection of installed luxury finishes during ongoing site activities.
• Enforce strict 5-star luxury quality standards, surface precision, alignment, and zero-defect tolerance.
• Conduct detailed pre-snagging, coordinate consultant inspections, clear punch lists, and ensure timely rectification for handover according to international hotel brand guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Building Finishing Trades.
• 5-7 years experience in finishing works, preferably in high-rise hotel or hospitality projects.
• Exceptional eye for detail, deep knowledge of interior materials & execution techniques, snagging management, and site safety protocols.
