Job summary

Al Abbasi Enterprises seeks an experienced Civil Foreman to oversee a 1,500 sq. ft. house construction project. The role covers supervision of finishing work, coordination of tile, doors and windows, plumbing and electrical tasks, and painting. You will also supervise façade and stone work and ensure quality and timely completion.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in house construction, strong finishing skills, and the ability to manage a team to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong experience in building finishing work.
• Knowledge of tile, doors and windows, plumbing, electrical, painting, façades and stone work.
• Ability to supervise workers and manage construction activities.
• Good understanding of house construction and finishing processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise house construction and finishing work.
• Coordinate tile, doors and windows installation.
• Supervise plumbing and electrical works.
