Job summary

Radisson BLU Islamabad is seeking an experienced professional to supervise hotel fit-out projects from start to finish. The role requires coordinating architectural, civil, MEP, and specialist works to avoid clashes and rework, while reviewing IFC/shop drawings and ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, codes, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise building fit-out and finishing works from start to completion.
• Coordinate architectural, civil, MEP, and specialist works to prevent clashes and rework.
• Review shop drawings, IFC drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards.
• Supervise interior fit-out, joinery, architectural finishes, glasswork, and sanitary installations.
• Coordinate MEP, HVAC, firefighting, ELV, and BMS interfaces for proper service integration.
• Inspect works for levels, alignment, dimensions, and finishing tolerances.
• Coordinate QA/QC inspections, mock-ups, snagging, and punch-list closure.
• Monitor daily progress, site issues, delays, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and specialist contractors for timely execution.
• Raise RFIs/TQs and resolve site coordination issues.
• Maintain inspection, approval, and as-built documentation, providing progress updates to management.
• Ensure architectural finishes do not interfere with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, fire alarm, ELV, and BMS services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, or Construction Engineering.
• 8 –10+ years of relevant fit-out/construction experience.
• Experience in hotels, high-rise, commercial, or luxury projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out, architectural finishes, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret IFC/shop drawings.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, building codes, and project specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; BIM/Revit/Navisworks is an advantage.
