Octus is a leading global provider of credit intelligence, data, and analytics. The Fundamentals Operations Associate role supports a high-velocity data platform used by credit professionals worldwide, with a focus on data quality, accuracy, and timely responses.

You will monitor alerts, validate documents for models, and assist analysts while identifying process improvements and opportunities to leverage AI tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in data operations within financial services.
• Strong attention to detail with large data volumes.
• Able to prioritise tasks and manage changing priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data alerts and retrieve financial documents to support analysts.
• Identify and validate correct financial documents for models.
• Investigate and resolve user requests related to model update queries.
• Support a team of financial analysts with data needs and day-to-day tasks.
• Take on ad hoc projects to improve data quality and operations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and leverage AI tools.
• Maintain and expand the coverage universe across liquid and private credit markets.
