Octus, a leading global provider of credit intelligence and analytics, seeks a Fundamentals Operations Associate to be the operational backbone of a high-velocity data platform used by credit professionals worldwide. You will resolve user queries, support financial analysts, maintain data quality, and ensure our coverage universe stays accurate and current.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage and organise large volumes of data accurately and consistently.
• Strong prioritisation and ability to stay composure under competing demands.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data alerts and retrieve financial documents to ensure analysts have up-to-date information.
• Identify and validate correct financial documents for company models with proper alignment to entity, period and filing type.
• Investigate and resolve user requests related to model update queries and coordinate responses as needed.
• Support financial analysts with data needs and day-to-day operational tasks.
• Take on ad hoc projects to improve data quality and strengthen operational processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and leverage AI tools for better efficiency.
• Maintain and expand coverage universe across liquid and private credit markets.
