Job description

We are seeking a motivated Finance & Payroll / Intern to assist with daily accounting and payroll activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to gain practical experience in finance and payroll.

Process and assist in end-to-end payroll operations for all employees (monthly and ad-hoc).

Collect, verify, and input timesheets, attendance records, bonuses, and deductions into payroll systems.

Maintain and update employee payroll data, including new hires, leavers, and compensation adjustments.

Ensure accuracy in salary calculations, tax deductions, benefits, and allowances.

Prepare and distribute payroll reports and summaries for management and audits.

Handle payroll discrepancies promptly and ensure compliance with legal and internal policies.

Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and data consistency.

Maintain confidentiality of all payroll-related information and ensure data security.
