Job description

We are seeking a motivated Finance & Payroll / Intern to assist with daily accounting and payroll activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to gain practical experience in finance and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Process and assist in end-to-end payroll operations for all employees (monthly and ad-hoc).
• Collect, verify, and input timesheets, attendance records, bonuses, and deductions into payroll systems.
• Maintain and update employee payroll data, including new hires, leavers, and compensation adjustments.
• Ensure accuracy in salary calculations, tax deductions, benefits, and allowances.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports and summaries for management and audits.
• Handle payroll discrepancies promptly and ensure compliance with legal and internal policies.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and data consistency.
• Maintain confidentiality of all payroll-related information and ensure data security.
