BlueKarrots is seeking dedicated Verifiers to support our Final Expense tele sales campaign. You will validate customer information, confirm interest, and ensure compliance, acting as the first human touch after our AI dialing system.

This role emphasizes professionalism, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center, with opportunities to grow into Senior Closers and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Sharp listening skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to follow scripts precisely while sounding natural.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive live-transferred calls from AI systems and conduct customer verification.
• Confirm customer interest, eligibility, and accuracy of information for Final Expense policies.
• Ask qualifying questions to assess lead readiness before passing to Closers.
• Identify and filter out unqualified or inaccurate leads.
• Ensure full compliance with scripts, policies, and insurance regulations.
• Accurately record verified details and call notes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Closers and Team Leads to maintain smooth call flow.
