About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Mining Expert to support our U.S. Final Expense telesales and marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in researching, scraping, or compiling consumer datasets filtered by demographics such as age, state, or ZIP code. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring our team has access to accurate, reliable, and high-quality consumer data that fuels our outreach and sales campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Source, collect, and organize U.S.-based consumer data according to predefined demographic and geographic filters (age, state, ZIP code, etc.).
• Verify and validate the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of collected datasets.
• Maintain and regularly update master data lists to prevent duplication and ensure freshness.
• Collaborate with management and campaign teams to understand targeting requirements and adjust data sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Evaluate the authenticity and usability of purchased or scraped datasets prior to submission.
• Create structured reports to summarize data collection progress, quality checks, and key findings.
• Utilize advanced data mining tools, automation scripts, or scraping platforms to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data mining, lead generation, or web scraping (preferably for U.S. consumer markets).
• Strong working knowledge of data collection tools, APIs, scripts, and scraping platforms (e.g., Python, BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Octoparse, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Experience managing large datasets and preparing structured analytical or progress reports.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for cross-department collaboration.
• A portfolio, sample datasets, or previous project references demonstrating relevant experience is highly preferred.
• Must be comfortable working U.S. business hours (evening or night shifts if offshore).
