The successful candidate will close leads provided by the company or generated independently, perform needs assessments, guide clients through applications, and maintain CRM records while striving to meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in final expense insurance closing.
• Strong closing and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM and digital sales tools.
• Experience with Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Close final expense insurance leads provided by the company or self-generated.
• Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate final expense products.
• Handle objections professionally and guide clients through the application process.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity through CRM.
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
