The ideal candidate has at least six months of experience closing final expense insurance sales and excels in communication and negotiation to guide customers through the sales process.

You will convert qualified leads into sales, understand customer needs, address objections, and maintain accurate sales records while working toward established performance targets.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience closing final expense insurance sales.
• Ability to convert leads into completed sales.
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven sales environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional telephone manner and effective customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers using company-provided or self-generated leads.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customer requirements and explain final expense insurance products.
