Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers using company-provided or self-generated leads.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customer requirements and explain final expense products.
• Present product information clearly and professionally.
• Handle questions and objections to support informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain organized sales pipeline and accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
