Job summary

SmartAgro in Karachi is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team, drive revenue, and develop effective sales strategies. You will maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services.

You will recruit, train, and develop the sales team, analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and report on performance. Visa sponsorship is available for non-Pakistani nationals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of CRM software preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, etc.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to adjust strategies as needed.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, etc.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of new sales team members.
