Job summary

Mohsyn is seeking a Manager – Logistics & Field Operations to lead the on-ground logistics and field support across Pakistan. You will own end-to-end execution, build a reliable field network, and ensure safety, speed, and quality in every client request.

This is a hands-on role focused on real operations, not desk-based tasks, with reporting to the National Operations Manager. You'll drive vendor management, SOPs, and 24/7 readiness, coordinating with control room, partners, and internal teams

Qualifications

• Experience in field operations, logistics, or last-mile operations.
• Experience managing on-ground teams and a network of field resources.
• Strong vendor management, from sourcing to onboarding and performance.
• Ability to manage multiple live operations with clear priorities.
• Strong knowledge of service level management and KPIs.
• Excellent problem-solving and quick decision-making skills.
• Good planning and organisational abilities with flexibility for real-world issues.
• Strong commercial judgement to balance cost and service quality.
• High ownership and accountability for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of Mohsyn's field and logistics operations.
• Coordinate field support network coverage and deployment across cities.
• Mobilise field teams for planned and time-sensitive requests.
• Translate service requests into on-ground execution plans with clear handovers.
• Build and manage a network of third-party vendors and partners.
• Establish vendor standards for reliability, safety and quality.
• Negotiate terms with vendors, balancing cost, speed and service quality.
• Ensure 24/7 emergency readiness with resources, escalations and contingencies.
• Coordinate medical emergencies, ambulance mobilisations and hospital coordination.
• Oversee day-to-day client needs: transport, errands, home maintenance.
• Set and monitor SLAs and KPIs; track open, ongoing and completed cases.
• Develop escalation protocols for emergencies and vendor issues.
• Document field activities with evidence and reports.
• Provide timely updates to families and overseas clients.
• Review incidents to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Develop SOPs, checklists, playbooks and response protocols.
• Monitor logistics expenditure and seek cost efficiencies without compromising safety.
• Build operational redundancy and scalable field/vendor infrastructure.
• Identify gaps for geographic expansion and new city operations.
• Use data to drive improvements; work with Product/Tech to digitise workflows.
• Recruit, train and coach field operations staff with a culture of urgency and ownership.
