Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of humanitarian experience.
• Experience with UN agencies preferred.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and Urdu (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field office operations and act as liaison between Head Office and field teams.
• Supervise CBPOs, Case Management Assistants, Admin & Finance Assistant, IT Assistant, and interpreters.
• Conduct regular team meetings for planning and issue resolution.
• Support staff wellbeing and professional conduct in line with organisational values.
• Coordinate programme activities across pillars (CBP, Case Management, MHPSS, GBV).
• Ensure timely submission of field reports and compliance with donor regulations.
