Job summary

Relief International in Pakistan is seeking a senior leader to oversee program strategy, quality, and growth across MHPSS and protection initiatives. The Head of Programs will coordinate with Grants, Finance, and field teams to deliver technically sound, donor-compliant, and community-led interventions.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least eight years of humanitarian experience, including leadership and multi-location management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public health, clinical or counselling psychology, psychiatry or related field.
• At least 8 years of humanitarian or development programme experience, including 3 years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience in MHPSS and protection programming with community-based, referral and supervision components.

Responsibilities

• Lead RI Pakistan program strategy, portfolio performance and growth.
• Ensure program quality, MEAL, safeguarding and accountability standards are met.
• Coordinate with Grants, Finance, Operations and external partners to ensure compliant and resourced implementation.
• Develop proposals, budgets and direct donor engagement for program expansion.
• Support staff development, recruitment and performance management within the program.
