Job summary

Schlumberger Limited is seeking an Electronic Technician to ensure on-time delivery of equipment and improve maintenance efficiency at the Maintenance Base. You will work within TLM systems to record materials, labor, and equipment history, while following reliability-centered maintenance standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program and compliant with the reliability centered maintenance strategy through adherence to the Computerized Maintenance Management System and standard work.
• Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems to record materials and supplies, labor costs and equipment maintenance history such as movements, work orders, parts used and time to maintain.
• Comply with TLM Product Line standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve asset turnaround time, which includes reducing downtime due to maintenance, parts and repair authorization numbers, failures and work-in-process.
• Participate in failure investigations as assigned.
• Comply with the TLM Competency Management System.
• Coil tubing and Frac data acquisition Hardware’s and software’s like Cem CAT, Coil CAT, Frac CAT and CMT Skid Lite. CTS unit, WPS units PCM and space track system of POD Streak etc,Data acquisition and control system of WPS units, (SPF743, SBF624, PCM SBF-215, SBT-615, SMT-503, SBS-614 etc), Data acquisition and control system of CHANDLLER equipment’s (HTHP consistometer, Curing chamber etc), Hydraulic system and pneumatic system
• Experience: 5+ years
