Job summary

SLB in Islamabad, Pakistan is seeking an Electronic Technician responsible for on-time delivery of equipment per operational demands. The role focuses on maintaining assets according to maintenance programs and reliability-centered strategies.

You will work with Data acquisition and control systems such as WPS units and CHANDLLER equipment, and you will document activities in the TLM systems while adhering to standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with coil tubing and frac data acquisition hardware and software.
• Familiarity with data acquisition and control systems.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned equipment according to the maintenance program and reliability centered maintenance strategy through adherence to the CMMS and standard work.
• Adhere to transactional discipline within TLM to record materials, labor costs and maintenance history.
• Comply with TLM Product Line standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement to reduce asset turnaround time and downtime related to maintenance, parts and repairs.
• Participate in failure investigations as assigned.
• Comply with the TLM Competency Management System.

Job description

The Electronic Technician is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands. The Electronic Technician improves maintenance related nonproductive time ratio of the Product Line's assets within the Maintenance Base (MB), and improves maintenance efficiency and people productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program and compliant with the reliability centered maintenance strategy through adherence to the Computerized Maintenance Management System and standard work.
  • Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems to record materials and supplies, labor costs and equipment maintenance performance history such as movements, work orders, parts used and time to maintain.
  • Comply with TLM Product Line standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve asset turnaround time, which includes reducing downtime due to maintenance, parts and repair authorization numbers, failures and work-in-process.
  • Participate in failure investigations as assigned.
  • Comply with the TLM Competency Management System.

Skills & Competencies

Coil tubing and Frac data acquisition Hardware’s and software’s like Cem CAT, Coil CAT, Frac CAT and CMT Skid Lite. CTS unit, WPS units PCM and space track system of POD Streak etc, Data acquisition and control system of WPS units, (SPF743, SBF624, PCM SBF-215, SBT-615, SMT-503, SBS-614 etc), Data acquisition and control system of CHANDLLER equipment’s (HTHP consistometer, Curing chamber etc), Hydraulic system and pneumatic system
