Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma from an accredited institution.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is an advantage.
• Undergraduate degree or fresh graduate welcome to apply.
• Experience with face-to-face or phone interviews is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize the data collection process with informants.
• Carry out quantitative and qualitative data collection and meet deadlines.
• Ensure accuracy of data before submission and timely delivery.
• Provide updates on data collection progress and challenges.
• Complete the targeted number of interviews per day.
• Protect data integrity and privacy per data protection guidelines.
• Participate in briefings and trainings as required.
• Represent the program professionally for assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
