Job summary

Teach the World in Lahore is seeking a Community Officer to engage with communities, support field activities, and coordinate with schools and local stakeholders to ensure program implementation in the area.

You will conduct field visits, build relationships, manage field records, and report updates, with 2–3 years in NGO or development roles and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, Development Studies, Management, or a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of relevant NGO or development sector experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits and community engagement activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with community members and stakeholders.
• Support school-level and field operations.
• Coordinate community meetings, awareness activities, and program initiatives.
• Maintain field records and provide timely updates/reports.
• Identify community needs and support the implementation of relevant activities.
