Job summary

Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy seeks a Program Coordinator to manage Lodhran project activities and ensure quality implementation, stakeholder coordination, and timely reporting. Role involves cross-cutting development work across education, health, WASH, and inclusion, with travel to project sites.

The candidate should have a Master’s in a relevant field and at least 5 years of field experience in development programs, with strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in social sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in development or community programs.
• Experience in field coordination and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with MEAL, data management, and vulnerable communities.
• Strong communication, coordination, and facilitation skills.
• Excellent planning, multitasking, and time management.
• Knowledge of community-led development and inclusion.
• Proficient report writing and MS Office usage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement program activities across community development, WASH, education, health, livelihoods, sports, and inclusion.
• Develop activity plans, schedules, and field deployment plans with Manager Core Program.
• Engage community groups, local authorities, and stakeholders to promote participation and sustainability.
• Coordinate with MEAL for data collection, verification, monitoring, and reporting.
• Prepare progress reports, success stories, and program documentation.
• Supervise and guide field staff and volunteers, supporting capacity building.
• Ensure safeguarding, PSEA, and LPP policies are followed.
• Represent LPP in local meetings and coordinate with district administration and line departments.
