Qualifications

• Minimum graduation or diploma in IT or networking.
• 2–3 years of relevant field operations or NGO experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to assigned schools and communities
• Provide technical and operational support at the field level
• Coordinate with schools, community members, and local stakeholders
• Monitor field activities and ensure timely implementation of program requirements
• Identify field-level issues and support their timely resolution
• Maintain accurate field records and prepare timely reports
• Support the implementation of program activities and ensure compliance with required standards
