Job summary

Teach the World Foundation in Lahore is seeking a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer to monitor program delivery, collect and analyse data, and report findings for continuous improvement. You will conduct field visits, verify data accuracy, and coordinate with teams to strengthen monitoring tools and evaluation activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years of M&E experience in NGOs, strong data skills, and willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, Education, or a relevant field.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, data collection, field monitoring, research, or the NGO/development sector.
• Strong data management, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other data management tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to monitor program activities and assess implementation progress.
• Monitor program performance against defined targets, indicators, and objectives.
• Collect, verify, analyse, and maintain accurate program data.
• Prepare regular monitoring reports and share findings with relevant teams.
• Identify implementation gaps, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with field teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and program effectiveness.
• Support the development and implementation of monitoring tools and evaluation activities.
