Job summary

UNICEF is seeking a Social and Behaviour Change Specialist (Nutrition and ECD) NO-3, fixed term, based in Islamabad, Pakistan. The role supports integrated nutrition and early childhood development through practical SBC strategies, field engagement, and capacity building with frontline workers and communities.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to translate SBC evidence into actionable programming, ensuring inclusive and sustainable behaviour change for children, women, and families.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in nutrition, public health or related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in SBC, nutrition, or ECD programs.
• Ability to translate SBC strategies into practical tools and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead SBC strategies to improve nutrition and early childhood development outcomes.
• Collaborate with nutrition, ECD, health and field teams to implement community-based interventions.
• Translate evidence into practical, community-facing actions and supervision tools.
