Qualifications

• A university degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in a social and behavioral science is required.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in social development, communication for development, or social/behavioral change.
• Proficiency in English and Urdu is required.
• Knowledge of another official UN language or a local language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support in research and data use to inform SBC program design, implementation, and monitoring.
• Plan and implement SBC activities backed by behavioral evidence and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate across communities, districts, and partners to mobilize resources for SBC initiatives.
• Build capacity within UNICEF staff and implementing partners.
