Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is leading a 4-month UNICEF-funded nutrition project in Punjab. The Program Officer will coordinate district-level activities, supervise field teams, and ensure timely reporting across OTP sites and health facilities.

Based in district locations, the officer will support planning, budgeting, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen nutrition service delivery and community outreach across seven districts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of NGO/INGO project experience.
• Experience supervising field teams in South Punjab preferred.
• Strong report writing and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support and ensure activity delivery on time.
• Supervise field teams and coordinate with health facilities.
• Plan, monitor, and report on progress and budgets.
• Coordinate with MEAL, MIS, and other stakeholders; ensure data quality.
