Job summary

The International Rescue Committee in Pakistan is leading a UNICEF-funded nutrition project based in Multan. The Project Manager will oversee implementation, supervision of field teams, and regular reporting to the Program Coordinator to keep activities on track.

Responsibilities include updating work and spending plans, coordinating with MEAL/MIS, and conducting field visits to OTP sites, ensuring quality and timely donor reporting. A Master’s degree and 5+ years NGO experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social sciences, Public Health or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience with NGOs/INGOs.
• Experience supervising large field teams and managing day-to-day project implementation.
• Strong report writing and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall support to the Program Coordinator for management of the nutrition project.
• Ensure implementation of activities on track with work plans and timelines.
• Identify gaps and bottlenecks and propose practical solutions to stay on track.
• Supervise field teams and organize regular review meetings.
• Coordinate with MEAL and MIS to inform implementation decisions.
• Prepare regular progress reports and ensure timely donor reporting.
