Job summary

Rozee.pk is seeking a proactive Field Marketing professional to plan and execute on-ground campaigns and activations across markets, schools, colleges, and offices in Phalia. You will identify locations for outdoor promotions, coordinate with agencies, and build partnerships with schools, venues, and businesses to drive brand visibility.

The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, plus willingness to travel and perform extensive field visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years in field marketing, brand activation, trade marketing or business development.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of local markets and commercial areas.
• Comfortable with extensive field visits and travel.
• Basic MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute on-ground campaigns, promotions and brand activations at markets, schools, colleges, offices and events.
• Select locations for billboards and manage agencies for rates, installation and removal.
• Visit sites to verify placement and submit photo/video proofs and reports.
• Identify and close partnerships and MOUs with schools, colleges, offices, hotels, restaurants and companies.
• Maintain a database of current and potential partners.
• Visit branches to ensure promotions and branding are properly implemented.
• Coordinate campaigns for product launches, festivals, seasonal offers and branch openings.
• Negotiate with vendors, agencies and event organizers.
• Track competitor activity and spot new opportunities.
• Monitor expenses and keep activities within budget.
• Report regularly to management on campaigns, partnerships, expenses and results.
