EBM seeks an experienced Factory Finance Partner to lead costing, budgeting and cost control across manufacturing operations. You will ensure BOM and recipe accuracy, manage variances, and drive cost improvements using SAP costing and BI tools.

You will collaborate with the Factory Manager and departmental heads to optimize KPI delivery, monitor performance, and ensure timely month-end closing and reporting with clear insights for decision-making.

Qualifikationen

• 8-12 years of experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or factory controlling.
• FMCG or food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of costing, BOMs, recipes, inventory accounting, and variances.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Factory Manager to drive budget and KPI performance.
• Analyze cost per kg, yield, wastage, labour productivity, energy consumption, and line efficiency.
• Investigate variances, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Identify, monitor and validate cost-saving initiatives across materials, labour, utilities, and overheads.
• Monitor actual vs standard costs with focus on direct labour, utilities, and overheads.
• Ensure accuracy of recipes, BOMs, routings, costing parameters, and SAP standards.
• Coordinate annual factory budgeting and monthly performance reports with explanations.
• Provide financial insights on production volumes, product mix, and input price changes.
• Ensure timely month-end closing and reliable factory reporting.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock adjustments; address obsolete stock.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls; coordinate audits.
