Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and circulate monthly Inventory Aging reports with provisioning per policy.
• Evaluate margins, customer profitability, and cost-to-serve metrics.
• Prepare costing reports (CPM, CTC) and validate BOM accuracy.
• Perform production variance and material price analysis; compare actual vs standard costs.
• Ensure TECO and GR/IR posting before month-end; support ML closing.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-making.
• Run monthly cost estimates and ML closing cycle via SAP.
• Prepare post-dispatch analysis for customers and SKUs.
• Prepare outlooks and compare with actuals and forecasts.
• Prepare material price and sales price variance and BOM vs actual variance.

• 3 to 5 years of costing relevant experience in manufacturing industry
• Skills: SAP FICO, Analytical Skills, Problem solving

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and circulation of monthly Inventory Aging reports, ensuring accurate provisioning per company policy.
• Evaluate product margins, customer profitability, and cost-to-serve metrics.
• Preparation of Costing reports CPM, CTC etc
• Validate Bill of Materials (BOMs) for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform production variance and material price analysis; monitor actual vs. standard costs and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure all production orders are TECO and GR/IR posted prior to month-end (pre-ML closing).
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making.
• Run the monthly & Regular Cost estimate & also run the ML closing cycle through SAP.
• Prepare the post-dispatch analysis for customer & SKU's wise level
• Prepare the outlook and compare with actual & forecasted.
• Prepare the material price & sales price variance.
• Prepare the production variance report BOM Vs actual on SKU level.
