DWP Group in Lahore seeks a detail-oriented costing professional to support factory costing activities through accurate collection, validation, recording, and reconciliation of production and cost data. You will gather data from factory areas, record movements, track labour and machine hours, reconcile with warehouse docs, and prepare daily operating and costing MIS.

Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Odoo preferred) is required, with experience in cost accounting and inventory reconciliation

Formación

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
• 2+ years of costing, factory accounts, production accounting, or manufacturing finance experience.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with accounting/ERP systems.
• Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Reconcile costing records with Production and Warehouse documentation and correct discrepancies.
• Prepare daily operating and costing MIS for assigned process areas.
• Support batch-wise and model-wise cost accumulation, including BOM and material usage records.
• Identify unusual consumption, shortages, process losses and report to the Manager Costing.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Costing Executive to support factory costing activities through accurate collection, validation, recording, and reconciliation of production and cost data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and validate production, material, and process data from assigned factory areas.
• Record production quantities, material consumption, RM, components, parts, WIP, and FG movements.
• Track labour hours, machine hours, wastage, rejection, rework, scrap, and abnormal losses where applicable.
• Validate material issuance against production output and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain daily process-wise costing sheets, supporting schedules, and working papers.
• Reconcile costing records with Production and Warehouse documentation and ensure missing or incorrect information is corrected promptly.
• Prepare daily operating and costing MIS for assigned process areas.
• Support batch-wise and model-wise cost accumulation, including BOM and material usage records.
• Identify unusual consumption, shortages, process losses, and other cost variances and report them to the Manager Costing.
• Support physical stock counts, inventory reconciliation, and month-end cost closing activities.
• Maintain accurate source documents and costing records for audit and management review.
• Enter and validate relevant costing and production data in Odoo following implementation.
• During ERP transition, compare manual costing records with Odoo outputs and highlight discrepancies for resolution.

Qualifications:

• B.Com, M.Com, BBA Finance, MBA Finance, ACMA Student, ACCA Student, or equivalent qualification.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in costing, factory accounts, production accounting, or manufacturing finance.
• Experience in product costing, material consumption, inventory reconciliation, and production data will be preferred.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems will be an advantage.
