Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems and repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, such as HVAC systems, office equipment, and machinery.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and safety hazards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from team members and address issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and maintenance services, as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
