Job summary

Telenor Shared Services Pakistan is seeking a Facility Services Executive in Islamabad to oversee visa processing, hotel and travel arrangements, and vehicle logistics to support our organization. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating admin tasks, vendor support, and daily operations for a smooth facilities function.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Master’s degree with relevant experience.
• Proven experience in facilities management, travel coordination, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professional interaction at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee visa processing for employees, including ticketing and arrangements.
• Coordinate hotel bookings for domestic and international travel.
• Arrange and manage vehicle transfers and other transport needs.
• Coordinate building maintenance with vendors and manage daily operations.
• Maintain SOPs and document facilities-related inquiries and tasks.
