Job summary

Telenor Shared Services Pakistan is seeking a Facility Services Executive in Islamabad to oversee facilities management operations, visa processing, ticketing, hotel management and vehicle arrangements. The role supports the Facilities Manager and requires coordination with vendors, government bodies and employees.

The position involves end-to-end visa handling, travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and maintaining daily operational activities, with a focus on ensuring smooth, compliant services

Qualifications

• Graduate or Master’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Proven experience in facilities management, travel coordination, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate visa applications and renewals for employees, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Arrange domestic and international travel including flights and transportation with travel agency coordination.
• Manage hotel bookings for business trips and events, ensuring accommodations meet needs.
• Coordinate vehicle travel arrangements and shuttle services as required.
• Maintain and update SOPs; handle ad hoc projects and daily task lists.
