Unitedtowel in Karachi's Korangi Industrial Area is seeking an Export Officer to manage LCs, shipping documents, bookings and logistics coordination.

The role involves handling export documentation, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with banking and customs procedures, PSW and WeBOC processes.

Graduate from HEc-recognized university with textile export experience is preferred; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduates from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience in textile export is preferred, especially towels and home textiles.
• Strong understanding of export procedures, banking documents, PSW and WeBOC.
• Excellent coordination, communication and follow-up abilities.

Responsabilités

• Process letters of credit and telegraphic transfers with banks.
• Prepare export paperwork such as proforma invoices, packing lists, certificates and declarations.
• Cross-check documents against POs and goods declarations.
• Oversee PSW and WeBOC processes.
• Manage LCL, FCL and partial shipments.
• Book shipments and submit shipping instructions on time.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, clearing agents and transporters.
• Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.
