Kings Apparel, a leading garment exporter located in the Korangi Industrial Area of Karachi, is expanding its Export, Import & Logistics team. The firm seeks a meticulous EFS Executive to manage electronic filing system transactions for both imports and exports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily EFS import and export activities.
• Review and process Goods Declarations while coordinating with clearing agents.
• Monitor EFS account balances and perform reconciliations.
• Collaborate with customs, banks, clearing agents, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate EFS records and ensure timely closure of transactions.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and support customs/FBR audits.
• Ensure adherence to EFS procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.

Who Should Apply

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 3–5 years of practical experience in EFS, import/export, customs, or Weboc operations.
• Good understanding of Pakistan Customs, FBR, Weboc, Goods Declaration processing and EFS guidelines.
• Strong MS Excel skills along with solid documentation, reconciliation and coordination abilities.
• Experience in the textile or garment export sector is advantageous.
