The Export Executive will work closely with various departments to coordinate shipments, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations. This position does not involve managing a team but requires the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and handle export processes efficiently.

The Export Executive plays a critical role in the successful movement of goods across borders by overseeing essential export activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the entire export process, ensuring all shipments comply with relevant regulations and requirements.
• Prepare, review, and process export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping instructions, and customs forms.
