Job summary

Game District is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making through robust analysis and A/B testing. You will work with product, marketing, and engineering teams to design experiments, analyze user behavior, and translate data into actionable insights that improve product performance and user experience.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 4–7 years of experience, strong SQL/Excel skills, and proficiency with Power BI or Tableau to build

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in data analysis or experimentation.
• Strong experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• Solid understanding of statistics (hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, p-values).
• Ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate product, feature, and marketing performance
• Define experiment hypotheses, success metrics, sample sizes, and statistical significance
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Build dashboards and reports to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Game Producers, Marketing, and Engineering teams
• Validate data accuracy and ensure data integrity across sources
• Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for business and product decisions
• Monitor KPIs and conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior and funnel performance
