Job Purpose
- The Pre-Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by bridging the gap between customer requirements and technical solutions. This role demands deep expertise across the full portfolio of Fixed and Mobility products, with end-to-end ownership of feasibility assessments, solution design, and pre-sales support for the corporate sales team.
Job Responsibilities
Solution Design & Pre-Sales Engineering
- Lead end-to-end feasibility assessments and solution design for DIA, DPLC/IPLC, SIP Trunking, PRI, VPBX, CBS, BVM, SD-WAN, MPLS, and IoT engagements.
- Architect technically sound, commercially viable proposals tailored to enterprise client requirements.
- Own the preparation of technical BOQs, solution documents, and network diagrams in support of sales pursuits.
Coverage & Infrastructure
- Identify and resolve RF/network coverage gaps at client premises in coordination with RAN and IBS teams.
- Manage deployment of in-building solutions including COW, Micro Sites, and Repeaters to fulfill enterprise SLAs.
Sales Enablement & Campaign Management
- Conduct periodic technical training sessions for the Corporate Sales team on new and existing products
- Support Corporate Bulk SMS campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions for non-technical stakeholders
Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Drive end-to-end project execution by coordinating with vendors, Product teams, Corporate Sales, CBSC, NOMC, FOPs, P&I, NSS, IT, and RA teams
- Maintain rigorous follow-up cadences across all stakeholders to ensure on-time project delivery
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Network Performance & Fault Management
- Monitor network performance KPIs for corporate clients; elevate and manage outages and service degradations
- Ensure robust post-sales technical support to maintain customer satisfaction and retention
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education
- Must have Bachelor’s/equivalent degree preferably in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
Work Experience
- Preferred experience of 2 years or more
