Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Create and post job ads on relevant platforms for telecom roles.
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews for technical roles (e.g., GPON, FTTX, OSP/ISP).
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
• Manage offer negotiations and employment contracts.
• Oversee visa processing, including document collection and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration policies.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to stakeholders.
