Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a reputable institution/university.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end examination cycle to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage day-to-day examination preparation and optimize processes.
• Communicate exam schedules, policies, and procedures to stakeholders.
• Conduct examination and invigilation duties.
• Maintain inventory of examination materials.
• Coordinate logistics for examination materials, including distribution and collection.
• Scan and process examination answer scripts.
• Shred papers after retention period.
• Keep records of examination documents.
• Supervise dispatch of official letters/memos.
• Coordinate and manage all entrance tests.
• Assist Assistant Controller of Examinations as needed.
• Contribute to tech-centric initiatives and special assignments.
• Demonstrate digital competency and efficiency with tools.
• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
