Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee relations
• Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Experience in the eCommerce or technology industry is a plus
• HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HR databases
• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures
• Support employee relations by addressing concerns professionally and confidentially
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture development
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support HR projects and administrative functions as required
