Job summary

NIQ seeks a detail-oriented Item Setup Specialist to join our Product Content Operations team. You will create, enrich, and maintain high-quality content across leading retailers and portals, including Amazon, Walmart, Staples, Wayfair, D&H, and more.

The role demands strong research skills, stakeholder communication, and the ability to handle complex item setup with accuracy while supporting global operations and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• Up to 1 year of experience in Product Content Management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of retailer and marketplace content requirements.
• Excellent internet research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, extract, validate, and manage product content per SOPs and customer requirements.
• Research, collect, and enrich product information from manufacturer websites and catalogs.
• Source and upload high-resolution images and assets meeting retailer standards.
• Create and maintain accurate product descriptions, specifications, attributes, bullets, and marketing content.
• Ensure content meets quality, compliance, and formatting requirements of major retailers and marketplaces.
• Perform advanced internet research to find missing product information.
• Communicate with customers, manufacturers, vendors, and partners to obtain data.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve content-related issues with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Content, Quality, Operations, and Translation teams to meet deadlines.
• Manage medium to high-complexity item setup with minimal supervision.
• Monitor workloads to ensure productivity and turnaround targets.
